Prescriptions

Eye examinations conducted at Fabulous Optical may result in a prescription for corrective eyewear or contact lenses. Prescriptions are valid for the period specified by state law and the prescribing doctor. We cannot fill expired prescriptions.

You have the right to receive a copy of your prescription after your eye examination. You are not obligated to purchase eyewear or contact lenses from Fabulous Optical.

Insurance and Payment

We accept various insurance plans for eye care services and products. It is your responsibility to verify your insurance coverage before your appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to verify your insurance benefits, but this does not guarantee coverage.
